The Execution Risk Review is designed for situations where an important intitiave is approaching a major milestone, implementation, expansion or period of increased delivery pressure and leadership needs greater clarity on what could get in the way.

WHAT SELECTED ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVE
Selected organizations receive a fully sponsored Execution Risk Review.
Standard engagements begin at $7,000.

executive intake focused on expected outcomes, commitments, timing, and current concerns

review of existing plans, reports, decision records, and other relevant evidence

a 90-minute executive review session

identification of prioritized execution risks and their implications

three priority interventions and a near-term action sequence

a concise executive decision brief

a 30-minute findings debrief
The review is completed over approximately two weeks.

Impact In Motion is open to U.S.-based nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies leading initiatives with meaningful social or environmental impact.
Strong applications will typically involve a live initiative with:

a meaningful outcome or commitment

enough execution complexity to warrant an outside review

an important reason to act now

existing information that can support the analysis

the capacity to use the findings
Pre-launch intiatives may qualify
when the intended outcome, delivery approach, roles, dependencies, and commitments are already sufficiently defined to evaluate execution risk.

Because the review is fully sponsored, selected organizations are expected to participate actively in the process.
